2×4 Ring

If G and I would get married right now, I have a feeling he would go for this 2×4 ring as his wedding band. Designed by Brooklyn based Aaron Ruff, the ring is available in oxidized sterling, vermeil.

I was gasping for air when I discovered Heather Lin’s Numbered Napkins. Print beautiful type on pretty much anything and I’ll rejoice.

Snip. Snip.

Plant Shears by Genichi Sakai, 1982. These would be perfect for trimming our little Bonsai. And they are pretty. Win-win.

sound waveform bracelet

Made by a group called The Sound Advice Project, the sound waveform bracelet is intended as a way for parents to record an inspirational message, which is then custom-made into a piece of jewellery as a gift to a teenage child. The purpose is for the child to always have a visual reminder of the advice. I agree with Ian, borderline cheesy idea, but very cool concept.
